A new look at the World or Roy

You can tell things aren't very exciting when getting new windows has to be shared with the blog. We have really liked our home. It might be a little older than most, but it has want we need and we've worked hard on making it a great home. When we first moved in it did a lot of work. All new paint, two tone, all new flooring, carpet and wood laminate, new counter tops, and new window coverings and converting the range and dryer to gas, we even added a shower to the tub (who puts in a tub without a shower anyway)?

Just like every ones homes we have so much more we'd like to do. So we decided we'd better start with the basics, which are windows and more insulation. So we did it, the windows, and I love them. They slide so great and come out easy for cleaning (which I seldom do), I can already feel the added warmth they provide (not really), but we do get some kind of energy rebate for them. But they look so nice, the color is perfect for our house, inside and out. Anyway since there is no wedding this year we decided we could afford windows, so if anything happens this year (JODI) too bad.

Regarding the wii, yes it is fun. I have never played a video game before but the kids have talked me into it, and I have even made my own character and use her to play. We only have a few games, but the competition is kind-of fun, even though there really isn't any skill involved. Sports skill that is, knowing how is use the remote isn't so easy.

Also congratulations to Jessica for winning her nutrition award. She was very excited and couldn't stop smiling, but when isn't she smiling?

I have great kids and rather we are playing games with them or watching them at their accomplishments we are very blessed to have our family.
